It's a sweetie jar for a child relative for Christmas. Crocheted lid. So proud of it - what do you think? Grin

Thank you! Going to do a grey mouse with pink ears and then another brown and grey mouse with blue ears. Wondering if I could manage a tiger? Xx

Lovely OP. Well done Smile

Mistoffelees · 28/10/2016 00:20

Very cute, please say you'll be filling it with chocolate mice?

Sarah7510 · 28/10/2016 06:40

Oooo chocolate mice is a fab idea, hadn't thought of that. Thing is, it was a chutney jar so I've tried bicarbonate but the residue it still there. I can dishwash again. Any other ideas? Smile

Oh well done. Beautiful!
Fill with boiling water, then empty, re-fill with rice then leave for a few days. Rice should soak up all excess moisture and the stink of chutney.

Sarah7510 · 28/10/2016 06:57

Thank you WelshMoth I will try that this very morning! Star Fingers crossed.
