Never mind it's always good to have a go at these things looks at baby hat, I tried to knit that would actually fit a baby elephant

Would a shelf-type bra be easier? I've done this with the Nettie bodysuit by Closet Case and it wasn't hard at all.

Bra making is a complex business and unless it might cause injury to do otherwise I'd avoid it (but I am lazy!).

I've been doing shelves in leotards for years but DD is now a ff and spends most of her life in leotards so this summers great project was to make bras & leotards with bras in - we are mid-Aug & I haven't managed one to fit yet

So I may need to go back to the drawing board

I really need someone to bounce ideas off but I am by myself here really (DD is always at work 10 or 11 hr shifts & DH 'does not' sew at all )

I have a pattern from my course - doesn't nearly fit DD, a pattern from the internet - maybe tomorrows attempt, the leotard bra (not a success - maybe I went about it wrong) & a pattern from Canada via Sweden

I also have a Craftsy tutorial......that I can't get my head around sizing & a an online tutorial about geometry that I don't understand

But the bra I made is pretty, useless but pretty
