Has anyone crocheted clothes for baby dolls (baby annabel)

I want to make some clothes for dd's doll, Ive found some patterns on ravelry, but it's hard to know which ones witll fit- she is a large doll, plus her body and the top of her arms are soft, so need to cover them up.
I was hoping someone here would have a tried and tested pattern

I sew doll cloths a lot for my daughters dolls (various sizes) but never crocheted. I could point you to some sewing patterns if that would help? I find for sewing that the size of the doll can be measured from their head to their feet and the patterns state the size its for. Have you tried pinterest for patterns?
