Papercutting

So I have this notion to try paper cutting. I have, however, no idea where to start.

I was looking online at starter kits but they are pricey for what you get compared to buying stuff on its own however with a kit you get help and practise sheets.

Can anyone share any tips? I am quite crafty and can knit, see and crochet I just want to try something else. Thanks xxx

But I think we just talked about scalpels and cutting mats. Sounds like you need a recommendation for a suitable book or website too. Maybe someone knowledgeable will be along soon.
