Free stamps from magazines - how to put a handle on to them??

You know those free stamps you get from Arts and Crafts Magazines? A bit like shown on the front of this magazine? They would be so much easier to use if they had a handle/wooden block attached. Has anyone ever done this and can I ask what you've used? Thanks.

I can't see any picture... Do you mean the clear rubber stamps? If so, you get a clear acrylic block which it clings to with no glue etc
