I'm looking for a wooden bead kit, to make necklaces and bracelets for a 4 year old girl. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

you can get bright little wooden bead kits for children for one necklace from about 1.50 and bigger ones for three for about3.25

I have seen some pretty ones in Hawkin and in the actual shop they had smaller kits for about £3

Oh wow, that looks great Franny, just what I am looking for and I actually have a hawkins bazaar where I live! Thanks!

Tobar

I only bought the small one when I went, am wishing I had got the one in the pretty case now - very decent value I think

FrannyandZooey · 25/11/2006 19:22

I think Tobar are like the wholesalers for Hawkin?

GlowormLovesTheLateLateToyShow · 25/11/2006 19:23

that link doesnt work, takes you to the wrong page
Also its wholesale only

the retail version is Hawkins, which F&Z mentioned.

We sell quite a lot of their wooden stuff in our shop and it always sells really well. Everything I've had from them so far has been great quality and reasonably priced.

one of the best wholesalers I've ever stumbled across BTW, followed a random link from someone on here last year

zippitippitoes · 26/11/2006 08:15
