Should I make myself a big poncho? or is it a very Bad Idea?

A big soft comfy long poncho. With a hood.

Or will I look like a big old hippy? (I am).

And what colour? Brown? Green? Grey?

Of course you should make one :)

I would go with grey because I feel it is safe.

I'd choose grey or cream like traditional aran to be as versatile as possible.

I want a poncho.

I want mine to be rainbow stripes and to have a pointy pixie hood.

I can't find a pattern I like.........
