Anyone ever made ones of those tassel garlands?

Obviously not going to pay for something like this that could easily make myself but I think they're lovely. I'm pretty novice at crafts. Would I manage it?

yes you'd manage it...and for a lot less than that!

I know!!! Ive seen them for thirty or forty and thought that seemed a lot. People can get away with anything if they position it in the right 'lifestyle'.
