L'aiguille-en-fete (textile exhibition in Paris) - anyone been?

Just that really - has anyone been and was it any good? Just day-dreaming about a trip to Paris ...

Is it the French equivalent of the Knitting & Stitching Show? And is it enjoyable even if you don't understand French? I've seen it advertised in Selvedge magazine so they must be targeting a non-French audience too.

Resurrecting this thread in case anyone is thinking of visiting the Aiguille en Fete textiles show in Paris.

Since posting my question 5 years ago, I summoned up courage and went - not just once but three times! It's similar to the Knitting & Stitching Show (although not quite so big) but has very interesting stalls that (i) are very different to the ones at UK shows; and (ii) have a greater change of sellers each year, which is why I keep returning. There isn't as much on display as at K&S, and there are fewer workshops (which I haven't done anyway, cos they're in French) but if you like browsing and buying from embroidery stalls then it's definitely worth a visit. Lack of French speaking skills is no barrier!
