That is the right name for the zig zag scissors isn't it?!

I have a very loved pair, but they don't really cut thru material any more. Before I ask Santa for a new pair I thought I would see if there is a clever way of sharpening them at home.

Cut up a sheet of fine sand paper. That should sharpen them.

Snipping tin foil works as well.

The man at the shoe repairers on the market who also sharpens knives did mine.........
