Help with wedding invites

Hi all looking for some help, I want to creat a wedding invite that has a printed pattern on it instead of decorating with ribbon Etc, i have photoshop but I'm a bit if a novice any idea how I would do this ?

We did something similar with my daughter's order of service. I bought an image download from Etsy and printed that onto the front cover along with the date and names. I'm sure you could do something like that for an invite. I didn't need to use photoshop at all.

There are literally hundreds of lovely images on etsy and they are very cheap to buy.

Do you have Publisher? I made mine using that. Whatever you use for your design, make sure you get as good quality card and envelopes as you can afford. It makes all the difference.
