You'd think that an online business would be pretty good about... well, doing their business - sending orders that have been paid for. It's all they have to do, right?
I bought some lovely silk yarn online. Was very excited, it was unusual blah blah blah, but it never arrived. Fortunately I paid through Paypal so I've just upped my dispute to a claim. They haven't responded to a single query.
Then I bought some wool and needles from another shop, two balls of one colour, one of another. I waited a couple of weeks, but having just been burnt by case no. 1, I chased them up. They sent it the next day, but only one ball of each colour. When I spoke to them they said 'oh, I know why we did that - we only have one of that lot left. I'll send you two balls from the new lot tomorrow'. Now I've just noticed that they only sent me one of the circular needles I asked for. Arhghghgh am so pissed off I haven't followed it up further. Just won't buy from them again.
I naively thought wool shops wouldn't dream of diddling you - I mean, hardly a gangsta covva innit?
