If I put lavender flowers in bath salts won't it block the pipe work?

In all the recipes I've seen they've all got lavender flowers in as well as sea salt and essential oils

I don't want to block the pipe work as it's all internal in my house and runs under concrete floors to the drain

Maybe the the flowers up in muslin if you're worried?

I was going to suggest a muslin bundle too.
