ive made my own nappy stackers.
first, cut a rectangle of material a little big bigger than the size of your nappy. make sure you include seam allowances. i always use a double layer for this part.
then, measure the circumference, and cut another rectangele with this as the lentgh, and the width as whatever the height of your stacker is going to be. neaten the edges by either hemming by hand, or machine. then starting inn the middle of the base rectangle, stitch it around.
for the top part, fold neatly and attach to hanger covered in same material.
voila.
i copied from a omothercare one i saw. hope you sort of understand what i have said

this is the sort of thing i made
if you make it with a plain material, you can stick stuff on it to coordinate with the room etc.
i used normal hangers, so the top part of it was shaped like the hanger. put the hanger on the material, and trace round it so you know where to sew to get a neat finish.
they are a very good gift to give someone with a new baby
