Card Challenge???

Things have been really quiet here over the summer so how about a challenge??

THEME
Christmas in September

SIGN UP DEADLINE
Friday 8th September

RULES (GUIDELINES)

• make ONE Christmas card
• send everything you used to make it to your Challenge Chum (CC) including the card blank and the envelope. Send them by Septmeber 15th -before you send them to your CC take a photo of the bits and pieces (B&P) -when you receive your B&P,make a card with the things you have receieved. If you receieve more than 5 B&P (not including the card) then you can miss one out. If you receiev less than 5 B&P then you can add one more thing. Other than that you can only add glue, glitter,chalk and ink. -take a picture of your card and post it on the Yahoo group by 29th Septmeber.

It sounds complicated but ius really straight forward and i thought that the christmas theme would be good to get us all going.

A day or two won't hurt either way, I shouldn't think; I'm doing the carnival Saturday anyhow.

DOn't forget to send a card blank & envelope too !

Well thats a PITA cause I do cross stitch cards. Do I send you my thread? and then you throw it in the bin? I need to go away and have a lie down.

Peachy ....nooooo ...it's just that I remember in the last couple of challenges some people only send the actual bits they used & forget to send the card blank too.

I have made my card and the b&p's are on their way to you this morning Hunk Mine was frantic and last minute too!!!

Morning AQ, I have taken the liberty of adding an album in Mumsnet Crafters Share. Hope that was ok but looked everywhere and didn't see one anywhere

Have made the card, waiting for Dh to get home (that'll be tomorrow then LOL) for the camera for the bits picture as have scanned card
