Where could a novice crocheter get some wool that wont break the bank but doesn't squeak when you use it :D

I'm making a blanket at the mo with Drops Karisma - 100% super wash wool for £3.00 a ball! Drops yarn in general is fab quality at very reasonable prices. I got mine from the Wool warehouse. As long as you have some wool or cotton in your mix you should be squeakless.

The Drops yarn is superb value. It's one of my go to yarns when I want something nicer than acrylic.
