Can any of print or embroid (?) on to a polo shirt

Hiya,
I need to have some detail printed on to a poloshirt. It would just be my name, then the therapies I can offer.
Ive had a look at printers, and apart from being expensive, they all have a mimimum order.

I haven't been into Cardiff for ages for shopping, going to have to go there to have a look (and also an excuse to look around town lmao)

You can buy special paper in places like PC World and print your design onto this and then iron it onto the t-shirt

Not fantastically high quality, but looks OK. Might be worth a try.
