I am just starting a granny square blanket, really rather lush (in idea not execution) as a sampler blanket as I am a beginner in crochet. I have a book with many different squares which all size the same. I have been squirreling wool from my local dept store from their remainders basket but now they are closing down and selling off lots of lovely wool for 50% off. I closed my eyes and thought happy thoughts and bought enough wool to mean I should be able to complete a 150cm by 200cm ish blanket. I have 2 balls each of 2 colours DK will that give me enough to do 2 simple stripes as borders or do I need to go back and buy more while they have it? I really want to buy more lovely wool not wool I already own
