Simple knitting patterns ?

Help, I used to have a very simple knitting pattern for baby to toddler hats and jumpers, but I can't find it. I have some lovely dk wool and would like to knit something for baby due in october.
Can anyone help with a pattern ? it would need to be very simple, can only knit plain and pearl
