You need to open up your book now and lay it flat.

In the valleys, along the creases, you have to measure up from the bottom 3 cm and pierce a hole.
The first hole will be on the crease that is fixed to the front cover and the last in the crease which is fixed to the back cover.

You then repeat the same measuring 3 cm down from the top.

Dh ahs long given up, kids watching Secret garden DVD (ran out of melatonin for DS1, the others are just being awkward)

you should have 4 holes along the top and bottom as in the picture.
