Does anyone have an easy but pretty floral pattern, I'm making heart bunting for my niece.
I've never done anything like that before.
Any tips? TIA.

Do you mean a flower motif?

You could type "flower knitting chart" into Pinterest, I just had a look and there are quite a few.

this?

Or daisies a bit like this

Depends how detailed you want it and how many stitches wide- maybe 20? to fit onto the bunting flag.

Ok thanks although I don't know how to knit from a chart.
I'll look at the links now.

I tried to do a J shape so I could practice at changing colour (I can only do stripes).
It was a bit messy at the back but where the yarn had been pulled quite tight the J kind of popped out iykwim.
I took it apart and will try again.

There is a bit of a technique to it until you get the tension. Don't carry the background colour across - never works. Wind another little ball of it so you have some background colour at both ends of the row. You have a few extra ends to deal with but you can often tidy up the edges when you darn them in.
