is there iron-on or stick-on material to cover embroidered school logo?

School logo is very scratchy. I checked one embroidered top we have and it is nicely covered from inside by a very thin material. I guess there is something on the market but I just do not know where to look for it. Wearing a vest is an alternative but better when it is not that hot. Any suggestions please? Many thanks!

In the UK you would have to look for a fusible backing gauze for embroidery. I bought 1 meter on ebay for approx £4.00 incl delivery.
