Can anyone recommend a place to buy decent fabric at a reasonable price?

The cheapest I can find is £5 a metre - and the patterns are pretty nasty. I have lots of dress patterns, most calling for at least 3 metres.

Can anyone recommend a place (preferably online!) maybe an eBay shop where I can buy nice good price fabric?
