Out of the mouths of babes!

Was threatening ds (4) with a trip to ikea because I fancied a contrasting fabric for the gifts I'm making. Not going now because a) ds really didn't want to and b) he has just found my stash and helpfully said "look mummy, material! Now we don't need to go to ikea!". Naive-shows how much he knows about fabric!

Really should be thanking him, Ikea is hell on earth.

He needs training.

But at 4, you can dump treat him to a stint in the crèche. My 3 used to love it in there :o

It's a sad day today, soup . Usually he'd biters my hand off for a stint in the crèche and an ice cream at the end. Perhaps he is beginning to be a man about shopping. Luckily, I am not short of fabric.

They grow up so fast... :(
