Knitting pattern book for things for boys 3+

I have no idea how to knit but my mum is an avid knitter. She has asked for a new knitting book with things in it for boys aged 3 and up and I don't know where on earth to start looking. She has loved the Debbie Bliss ones that we have previously given her for when our boys were little but is looking for something new. Any ideas or websites to look at would be greatly appreciated :)

The others are great suggestions and I love Ravelry but Drops Designs here might be worth looking at. You can easily substitute the yarns if you can't find the exact one they suggest.

Coats (aka Patons/Rowan) also have free patterns on their website here

Oh how did i forget these!

I would direct her towards Ravelry. They have a huge pattern database.

I love Sublime patterns for babies but they don't have so much for over 3s, I have had the same trouble looking for stuff for DS. I have had more luck with Sirdar even though they are not always thrilling.

Rowan are quite good for older children's designs. e.e. here and here

Does she prefer plain everyday designs or colourful one offs IYSWIM?

Oh and Lucinda Guy's book here

Wowee I've been away for a couple of days and what great suggestions to come back to. She loves knitting anything as long as it's small.....not sure when she's going to stop! She really loves colours and we like the boys in nice bright clothes. Thank you all! Xmas Smile
