Hi I am looking into buying a good sewing machine upto the value of £150.
If one exists that is easy to use :o
I want to make a patchwork blanket and start off with dress up outfits and pillows :)
Thanks :)

I'd check out either Janome, Brother or Elna

Yes, I was just going to say a Janome, and John Lewis get some good value basic models - the ladies in my John Lewis store are very very knowledgeable and will spend ages talking you through all the models.

There's a John Lewis one for £100 which has rave reviews on their website. It's the one which comes in various bright colours. I'm going to treat myself to it I think!

I second a Janome! Got the quilting model and its very sturdy.
