Semi-urgent oil painting advice.

I want to paint a picture for my DH for his birthday (we are a bit skint) and a while ago, be bought me lots of oil paints, brushes canvases etc. I just never really got into it (I dabbled, but never really painted anything properly)

I want to paint this (sorry if it doesn't work, I'm on my phone)
First thing though, do I even have time? His birthday is the 13th.
Second, how should I best go about it?

The link doesn't go to any specific picture. Can you repost it later? Oil paint takes a while to dry so you might not have enough time.
