Covers for Old Jar Lids?

I took my old pasta, mayonnaise, capers, mustard, salsa, honey etc etc jars, removed their sticky labels, put my spices and herbs them and labeled them nicely. They look pretty good up on the shelf. However if you see them up close, you?ll notice that the lids still say ?Barilla,? or Mayonnaise and they don?t look so great. I have loads of really nice cotton (African fabrics mainly as I live in DRC) material and would like to cover the lids, but I have no idea how to do this really nicely. Also, at the moment, they are mainly stackable, and I think I?d prefer to keep the lids flat so that they remain so.

Any ideas please??

Thank you!

Use double sided sticky tape and cover them with nice fabric or wrapping paper. If wrapping paper, then varnish afterward.
