I need to punch/cut a small reindeer shape out of felt

I can't find a die small enough.

I've found some small punches on EBay, they look like Woodware type punches. Will they cut through felt?

Oh no, the Christmas hating "i want to punch a reindeer" threads have started already :)

Make a card stencil and use a stanley knife? Unless you're doing hundreds it will probably be quicker

I did think about having the title just as "I want to punch/cut a reindeer"

Never thought about a Stanley knife. Does it give a clean/accurate cut?

I bought some ready cut reindeer on ebay last year. Will have a look for you, hang on.

Tiny, about half an inch tall and 3/4 of an inch wide. Dd wants to stick them on those mini clothes pegs you can get and then glue them to cards.

She was given a card with one such reindeer on it last year. She's still got the reindeer and I've just been having a closer look. It seems to be made out of slightly thicker, stiffer felt than usual. The edges look as if they've almost been heat sealed.

Can't think what they might have been cut with.
