saggy neckline - crinkle fabric woes - any advice please?

Hi, just completed a dress to wear for a wedding tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself - it's a simple pattern but I adapted it to suit my bump and to use crinkle fabric instead of the stretch fabric the pattern is for. It's taken a while longer than it should but was my first make in 4 yrs.

The only thing I'm stuck with now is the neckline. The front isn't bad but the back gapes outwards and looks just wrong. I know it's partly the crinkle fabric (been a bit of a pain all round) but I still need a solution and am stuck! Please help!

Oh, and just to cap it all off, dh told me the dress looks homemade. He meant it as a compliment - individual, not mass produced etc, but I did feel like cutting the darn thing up!!!

Can you put a cardigan or wrap on?

How is the neckline done? Is there a facing? Have you stabilised the fabric at all?

I was just thinking . Could you face it with a more stable fabric.
Or make some binding and bind it after stay stitching it and slightly pulling it in.
