Well, are any of you up for it? I don't normally send Easter Cards but it seems that we are all in the doldrums at the moment and need something to cheer us up

I would love to organise it.

I had to put two pics of mine too, as it was hard to show that it was a folded card IYSWIM! I love the 'secret' bit of your cards...what a fantastic idea. Your proncess card is really cute...any girl would love it, I'm sure. I wasn't really happy with my card from your B&Ps, I seemed to lose my imagination!

can someone explain how you do that feathery effect with the paper?
I bought some ages ago and I know you have to wet the edge but mine looks pants compared to Whizzz and Dior's Envy

just bumping that so you don't all have to scroll and search.

MM - feather is easy, when you know how.
we a cotton bud, fairly damp but not soggy, draw your line with it, you can do it free hand or use a ruler or a template, then gently pull apart along the line. mulberry paper can also be quite effective when just pulled freehand, no wetting.

Pic fairly accurate... aprt from the wrong number on sticker, less gems in pic and peel off missing Blush

I still have to put my card from UCM's B&Ps on the site. I have taken a photo, but have to upload it onto the pc...cue being nice to dh!

Today, I did my first scrapbook page of ds in Devon last year. I was really pleased with it, and bought a 12 x 12 box-frame. I put the page in, and put some pebbles in the bottom! It looks really nice...I'll upload the picture soon (when I have sweet-talked dh!)

i ahven't posted out yet and don't wnat to be holding people up. Blush

i have received my B&P from peachy, made my card and uploaded it.

i have made my own card, parcelled up the B&P, (but forgot to take pic before they were parcelled up) and will post to peachy as soon as i have found her address...hopefully this morning.

UCM, I am one of those that have yet to post- having serious camera battery problems at the moment and I have asked DH countless times to sort it. But he did clean the car at the weekend so I can't come down too hard on him when he hasn't done it!

Have added my card, I am not sure if I have cheated as I added a hidden bit on mine but didn't pass it on. It was a photo. Does that count??? Blush
