I have hundreds of tiny 2mm gemstones to stick on an outfit. I've got a sticky pick up tool which helps lots but does anyone have any tips on getting the gems to lie colour side up so I can pick them up quickly? Like toast, the gems always seem to land colour side down when I tip them out of the pot and it's taking hours turning the fiddly suckers the right way up!
