where to buy really nice quality craft stuff (ribbon, paper, material)?

anyone have any recommendations - probably on-line as I'm in the sticks.
Ideally I'd like some decent ribbon as I want to do something like
this
but in coloured ribbon from the colour wheel (i.e rainbow effect)
and some decent paper - again coloured and non fading?

Hello. I used to use a company called Telfords Direct - don't know if they're still going, but they did some lovely handmade papers and card making stuff, not so much fabric and ribbon, but they might have some.
