Does fusible interfacing only stick on one side?

And if so, can I buy any that sticks on both sides, like hemming tape? It has been so long since I sewed anything that I can't remember

You can buy double sided stuff

btw I always call it double sided bondaweb but I think bondaweb is just a brand name. I usually get mine from the local market but Cotton Patch have it

Interfacing is one sided, Bondaweb is double sided like a big sheet of wonderweb.
