Pinterest - weird boards appearing?

About 3 boards appeared on my pinterest that I didn't create, anyone any idea why that would happen? Bit weird.

Are there pictures added to them & have you clicked onto the images?? - if not it might be worth trying to see if they are genuine pins - or spam

I noticed a spate of fake spam type pins doing the rounds a while back - I posted on here I think, as I gained "followers" that were spammers & I wanted to know how I could delete them(you can't - their pins took you to sites that had nothing to do with the pins at all, just spam?.so perhaps its related & worth reporting - reporting the spam pins did have them deleted PDQ

Also are your settings, set to allow only you to pin onto your boards ??? -

I know that you can set it so that your followers can add pins too - not sure if they can add a new board if the pins don't fit what you have, but it could be an answer if the site allows that.

the other possibility - your DCs perhaps ??? - my DD has acidentally added to my pinterest thinking she was signed into her own

Thanks for that rockin, have deleted the boards and yes there were pins on them but all the same pin do maybe that does make it more like spam.

Will check my settings, am fairly new to it all.
