Does anybody know any good craft blogs/sites for children of 7 and over?

Found loads of lovely sites for pre-school age but nothing over 6.

I find that my 7 year old dd (almost 8) LOVES watching art tutorials on Youtube. Obviously I have to be around whilst she does...incase she wanders over to the dark side of the site...but she has learned so many amazing drawing techniques through watching these vids.

Her fave is and I have to say, that I like them too!
She recently won an art contest and I am sure it's partly watching these vids that has brought her drawing on so much.

all for the boys is fab. (aimed more for boys but girls will enjoy just as much)

Also Scout creative do a downloadable 3-d calendar each month which are all AMAZING. You can sign-up to the FREE calendar club & have each new months emailed to you. They also do other free printables occasionally.

I had another good blog which I lost when blogger stopped non-blogspot users using their friends subscription thingy. It was by a Dad with a design background who made free pdfs of things like buildings that you printed, coloured & cut.

The other thing you could try is to look for some home-schooling blogs. HS is much more popular in the US and so there are some good US based HS blogs.

I'm a big fan of MomAdvice - she also had this great post last year on Pinterest where she put up 100 days of activities for the kids 2011 and it went so well she did another this year 2011 - it's my go-to place for activities.

Darn, that last one was meant to say 2012 not 2011.
