Craft Fair Insurance

I need to arrange some public liability insurance before I can secure a stall at a major local event.

Can anyone recommend some (affordable!) insurance companies?

Also has anyone had to put together a Risk assessment before?

TIA :)

I use this a-n air

It's a subscription to an online magazine/forum, and you get £5mill of insurance. Its the cheapest I have found.

I paid £71 to Ian W. Wallace Ltd FREEPHONE 0800 919359, Its underwritten by Aviva.

I paid £48 from here. Very quick and easy to use and you get a nice little laminated certificate.

Thank you all for replying :)

Flubba - that's more the sort of price I was thinking of :) I don't want to spend too much on anything at the moment incase I don't sell anything! :)
How's your crafting going? I was a lurker on all of the Christmas threads last year, your things are lovely!

So has anyone had to do a Risk assessment before? I have no idea where to start with that.........!

Thank you crafty :) I've got myself a wee blog and have sold a few things Blush at a couple of summer fairs recently (which is why I needed the PLI).

Not done a risk assessment though, sorry.
