how to make a patchwork teddy?

does anyone know how to make a patchwork teddy? i want to make one using my dd old vests and babygros! or if u have any other suggestions of how to make something with them!

There are lots of people who will make them for you, on facebook there is someone called baby stitches who does them for £15 i think. So cute. However i imagine if you google for a pattern, or go to a haberdashers then you should be able to find a pattern to suit your needs.
