roman blind kits

can anyone please tell me where to buy the cheapest kits for sale? or is it cheaper to buy all the bits seperately? if so what do i need? thanks, i need 3 x 60cm wide kits.

The cheapest I could find a kit was about £25 from Dunelm (this was a little while ago though). That was too expensive so I just used garden canes, bought a packet of brass rings for the back and some velcro to hang it with.
