So why can I not find fabric stiffener? I don't want starch, more along the lines of 'glue' but not sticky glue which I can use to stiffen embroidered lace so I can make a crown for dd1... I can find bottles online, but I'm not sure if it's just starch like all the shop assistants so helpfully try to give me when I say I'm looking for stiffener, but not starch please as I don't want to iron the stuff, and it needs to stay stiff. And yet they still send me to the starch...
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
