Quick question - mesh

What's the best way of getting mesh to stick to a card ??
I wasn't sure whether to use a couple of stitches to fasten it to a piece of card & then mount it on a card - or just to try PVA to stick straight onto card.

Anything tried & tested methods ??

I've seen this in this months mags as well although it doesn't mention sticking it down. Could you use eyeletts or brads if that would fit in to the design?

I've used eyelets and brads and also been quite sucessful with spray mount!! You end up with sticky fingers actually putting it onto the card, but once dry, works a treat!

HTHs.

You can coat the back in PVA, that works. Put some in a tray then 'dip' the mesh in so you know only the back has any: otherwise, if you use a brush it spreads.

Yes good thinking - I could try brads as I have now bought some & not used them yet !
Thanks !

Just thought I'd tell you I got two lovely Hero Arts mesh rubber stamps from Happy Stamper a big one and a small one. I used those chalks I bought of Layla on them they are lovely I'll make a card and post it.
