Free / low cost toddler sized pinafore dress pattern?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a simple pattern for a toddler sized pinafore dress? Needs to be simple and fairly low cost as it will end up being heavily customised for something I want to make for Goddaughter because DD is too big for silly cute things now
