urgent knitting pattern required-pleasehelp!!

dd2 is 8 on 13th april and sprang it on me today wanted new clothes MADE for her "baby" as present

i urgently need a knitting pattern ti fit 10" chest

and type,i can knit to any pattern

have no idea where to find one

be much obliged anyone can help me!

What length is the doll? I have knitting patterns for a number of different sized dolls that you are welcome to. (My DDs are 18 and 13 and all long past "babies" ) Most of the patterns are based on length though.

If you want to get cracking quickly join Ravelry if you aren't already a member (Ravelry.com). They have loads of patterns for all sorts of different projects.

Um don't know if I'm muddying the waters but my mum taught me how to knit and sew at about the same age by making clothes for my dolls. Would this be a nice mum and daughter project?

Second Ravelry. There are groups for knitting dolls clothes in all sizes and lots of ptterns can be downloaded -at a price sometimes. I have a nice pattern by Malfrid Gausel that came out of Ravelry.

Is the doll a baby doll, or a 'girl doll' kind of thing?
