Super glue or fabric glue?

What would you use to attach plastic eye (the googly ones) to fabric?

I used a hot glue gun. I know that's not what you asked, but it worked well.

hot glue gun, or fabric glue, have used both with success, though if is for a toddler, stick to the shafted safety type of eyes
