angelina ballerina birthday cake

dd now wants angelina ballerina birthday cake. ive looked online but cant find anywhere that will show me how to make angelina from edible icing. can anyone help me or know of somewhere i could buy an edible angelina???

eBay has loads of sellers with edible icing AB pictures (I got a dinosaur obe fir my DS's cake last birthday - they're a doddle to use if you pop them in the freezer for a couple of mins)
