Build-a-bear knitting patterns anyone?

My mum has kindly offered to knit some clothes for my daughter's burgeoning collection of Build-A-Bears as the clothes are soooo expensive, but we're having trouble tracking down knitting patterns in the right size. Has anyone got a pattern/patterns they'd be willing to share or can you point me in the right direction to buy such patterns? Googling has come up with some weird and wonderful US knitting sites but nothing appropriate for Snowflake and Winnie (the b-a-bears currently living with us).

Bear and Algon bear Snr who currently reside chez witty have one outfit that they were bought with and other than that they wear a range of stuff ds2 has outgrown slightly modified, but the best range is preemie size stuff from mother are...you can pick up oddments in this size for £1 in the mother care sale or on eBay. We found the 3-5lb range fits best!
