Pinterest Report a Weirdo Button??

I can't believe I'm asking this, I mean, its Pinterest FFS - just how harmless is that but I seem to have picked up some freak who takes issue with my shoe boards - lots of daft messages over the last month or so, left on various heels photos, most just deleted, but I've stupidly interacted a bit, because she was getting on my nerves & she now wont get lost -

lots of stupid assumptions made about me, I should just laugh it off & ignore, but shes not letting go, making herself a real pest & Pinterest is that little haven of beautiful images to escape to & I just don't want to have to deal with idiots on there at all

So, does anyone know if theres some sort of "report" or "block" button on there??? - I can't see one or how to complain - still can't believe I'm having to ask, but I suppose those pesky trolls get in everywhere

I have just had a look on my profile and I think you can get rid of someone. If you Click on your name on the top right of the page, then click on boards. Now above your picture shows how many people you are following and followers. If you click on your nemesis and unfollow them. I think this is how you do it! Good luck!

Thats more than I had found - via your link I have managed to send them a message, with a link to her page asking how I can block or report her for harassment :) - fingers crossed

I've already taken her off my "followers" but that didn't work - the mad bint still finds me

I do hope they manage to sort this out for you. I would be might pissed off if someone messed with me on pinterest and ruined my enjoyment of it!!

Can't say I'm best pleased, its a stress free haven of lovely images & such a weird place to decide to start harassing someone, simply because you don't like what they pin - seems she is a bit of an anti pretty shoes/heels vigilante - fingers crossed Pinterest DO deal with her PDQ, as yes, its now p'ing me off - tried the put down replies, but she seems too thick to actually understand & keeps coming back for more

You can contact Pinterest HERE and ask how you can sort this out/report here.

You can report pins, but not sure if that works for comments.

Or, if you can be bothered, you can delete the comments - C+P below:

To delete a comment you wrote, go back to the pin that you commented on. Click the pin to view it in full-size and then click the X button on the right-hand side of the comment you wrote.

You can also delete comments other users write on your pins. Just click the same X buttons available on their comments.

It's pretty crap that you can't block other users. An oversight on the part of the Pinterest team I think.

I've not heard anything back as yet, & the nut job is still leaving me comments, though the reply to my last one to her was quite complementary - apparently she thinks she's old enough to be my Grandmother - other comments I'm deleting & will go back to doing that with them all - don't feed the troll & all that

& yes, soupdragon definitely an oversight not to have a block button, but I suppose the site is such a harmless bit of fun, that I can understand why they overlooked it - hopefully they might think again now I've asked how I can block this mad woman

Perhaps pinterest needs to block accounts or give a warning .

Not that I can see slaymill - I did look, but only saw one comment, an odd one IMO & says a lot about her attitudes, but not insulting the pin as such - picture of a very slim, musclebound woman with a full on six pack - something along the lines "looks great, much better than the softness you usually see" - not word for word, but the gist -

but that was the other day & you only seem to be able to look at the first few, I can't see a way to look back, but then I just deleted most of her comments, others probably did the same
