Wow! Some of those are amazing - esp the shoe cubby. We have a similar issue with shoes in our downstairs loo - there is a small space for shelving, but I've never thought of making a bespoke size one!

You should definitely make a bespoke shoe cubby then! It really was quite easy, and there is loads of online help for projects like that!

I'm voting for the thread holder.....have updated my Christmas list btw so I can document how many ideas fell by the wayside...you're so prolific, I am not. At all. Looking fwd to seeing what 2012 brings!

oh goodness stitchthis I am not prolific, so so many of my ideas never even make it to reality, and so many more get started never to be completed or to go wrong!

I am looking forward to 2012 though.
