crafts for children with Activia round yogurt pots?

I am a childminder with a big craft box, but not much idea about being crafty.

I've been saving the round, plastic activia yoghurt pots for a while and have a bag full and no idea what to do with them. Christmas baubles are a good idea if I can limit the use of glitter as the kids get it everywhere, even on the cats. I just wondered if any of you crafty people had any better ideas?

This is what the pots look like www.danoneactivia.co.uk/images/products/intensely-creamy-juicy-raspberry.png

Snowman? Two pots put tops together, glue cotton wool on (this is very messy as the children inevitably have glue, and thus cotton wool, on their fingers.

Rudolf noses - paint red and put elastic strap on. Make cardboard antlers on a band around the head.

Bells? Pieece a hole through, thread a plastic bead and knot, thread through hole and knot again, bead should act as a clapper, may sound more like a cowbell though.
