Not properly homemade at all - I'm a knitter but that's about it at the moment - The Works have some fab little boxed kits to make with the children. We had some felt friends, a felt penguin snowman and father christmas. Felt is pre-cut and has holes for the sewing, just running stitch together and decorate. They come with decorations, thread and polyfill. £2.99 and on 3 for 2.

Several similar packs, have some stocking things to do next but they are not pre cut, come with sheets of felt and templates. Good for the cheap price though.

And I just got Christmas Crafting in No Time which has lots of nice ideas in it

I made a snow globe with DD last year. Jam jar (with a proper air tight lid!) water and glitter/foil confetti. I think you're meant to put glycerine in but we didn't have any. Still looks good this year :)

Love the buttonbag site!

How will you be making your transparencies MrsvWoolf?

Will be doing the snowblobe soup as it sounds lovely.

I didn't realise the holes on those felt cutouts were pre made Festivefrieda, I hadn't considered them before because I thought they were too difficult so it's great ot heardd1 couod manage them!

Off to have have the Christmas crafting link Smile
